Swedish

Deep tissue
Aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Uses many of the same movements and techniques as the Swedish Massage, but pressure will generally be more intense. It is a more focused type of massage to release chronic muscle tension or knots through vibration, effleurage, and shaking motions. Aroma Oil
Uses specialized mixture of essential oils from plants based on your need to heal, alleviate pain and regulate mood. Hot Stone
Incorporates traditional strokes of the Swedish Massage using heated stones.
